1. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1 Pre-Treatment Cancellation
- If a client cancels their medical treatment package before any services have been booked, a full refund will be processed minus any administrative charges.
- If cancellation occurs after travel, accommodation, or treatment scheduling, applicable charges will be deducted, and a partial refund may be provided.
- Visa fees, insurance costs, and any third-party service provider charges are non-refundable.
1.2 Post-Treatment Cancellation
- Once treatment has commenced, no refund will be provided for the medical procedure costs.
- In case of unexpected complications or dissatisfaction, we will coordinate with the hospital and doctors for resolution, but financial reimbursements will be subject to hospital policies.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email at support@curemedical.com within 7 days of cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Visa application and processing fees
- Flight bookings and accommodation costs already paid
- Hospital consultation and diagnosis fees
- Any pre-paid third-party services
4. Modification of Services
- If you need to reschedule your treatment or travel dates, we will make necessary arrangements without extra charges, subject to availability.
- Any price difference due to changes in travel dates or treatment costs will be borne by the client.
